1. P.E.A.C.E. can simply be used on your mobile phone, tablet or computer. When stressed by some incident in your daily life you can instantly access P.E.A.C.E. on your smartphone when you have an Internet connection.

2. P.E.A.C.E. teaches you to write down your feelings and thoughts in a very targeted way so you will not waste much time in excessive untargeted writing. It targets directly your thinking habits and is especially designed to target your negative Self-image. In this way your Self-image can be strengthened much faster than random writing exercises (e.g. diary).

Please BEWARE: no method in cognitive behavioural therapy is a wonder method! P.E.A.C.E. however is a very handy technique to teach you to recognize quickly your thinking errors and to strengthen your Self-image in a matter of weeks.

It does not come automatically: P.E.A.C.E. requires practising a lot, optimally every day for several weeks. In clinical practice, the effects on your Self-image can thén be felt within 3-4 weeks. It is strongly recommended to use P.E.A.C.E. every week for at least 3-5 times, especially in the first 3 weeks. The most effect will be reached whenever you discuss your exercises with an experienced (cognitive) therapist.
